Billing Questions
How charges are calculated: Accounts are billed in arrears at the end of each month. Invoices are generated during the last week of each month for that month’s services. Charges are calculated based on the maximum storage used during the month.
The free trial period allows users who terminate their accounts within 30 days from the date the account was created to not incur any charges. Credit card accounts which are created before the 10th of each month will be charged for that month but may request a credit if they are not satisfied with the service any time prior to the 10th of the following month. Invoice accounts which are created before the 10th of each month will receive an invoice for that month but only need to pay the invoice by the 10th of the following month if they are satisfied with the service, otherwise upon written or email notice to GDV they are free to cancel with no obligation to pay.
Accounts which have been active for 60 days or more and terminate during a month are charged for that month. Their data will be retained for emergency purposes through the end of the month. Written or email notice containing the UserName and password is required to terminate an account.
