  • Windows XP or Mac OS X
  • Anti Virus software
  • Microsoft Office 2007; Acrobat; WinZip; MSN Messenger; ICQ; Outlook or Outlook Express; Mozilla Firefox
  • Quicktime, Real Audio
  • Datavault Backup Client (for your restore)
  • Access via LOGMEIN.com

If you have a disaster, follow these steps:

  1. Call tech support to activate your replacement system.
  2. Restore your data.
  3. Install any additional applications you need.
  4. You can then operate from the replacement system for 10 days at no added cost.
