That's why Global datavault offers free support from technicians with the expertise to configure the software optimally for your system.

Our support personnel use GoToAssist virtual meeting technology to quickly resolve any issues that arise. GoToAssist is a state of the art remote desktop sharing tool that enables us to work on your PC over the web. This means that you don't have to follow complex instructions over the phone… all you have to do is sit back and let us solve any problems that exist.

Commitment

Support is available 7:30am - 6pm CST for routine assistance and 24 X 7 for emergency restores. We will arrange support calls around your schedule, or you may call us when you're ready. We will be there when you need us most.
