Hello everyone. My name is Tom May and I’m the CIO of Global Data Vault. I wanted to take a moment and speak with you regarding your continuity of business service plans. Over the past few weeks, we have seen an increase in customers needing to work remotely and this has caused a greater reliance on us. While many customers would suspect that we have seen an increase in the number of site failures, we haven’t seen one yet, but what we have seen is our customers relying on us for day to day file-level restores due to the changes of their daily work habits. At Global Data Vault, we want to give you the peace of mind that we are ready to provide service should there be an issue.
