Continuity of Business During Coronavirus – A Message From Our CIO

Hello everyone. My name is Tom May and I’m the CIO of Global Data Vault. I wanted to take a moment and speak with you regarding your continuity of business service plans. Each of you chose Global Data Vault to be your partner in your times of trouble and as such, I personally wanted to let you know that we have prepared for this moment as your disaster as a service provider, we knew that there could come a time that not only did we need to address your continuity of service, but also ours. With the advent of the Coronavirus all around us. I wanted to let you know that we have taken precautions for the health and safety of our staff to ensure that service will not only continue but it will remain focused on quality delivery and making sure we hold true to our motto of it’s always our problem.

Over the past few weeks, we have seen an increase in customers needing to work remotely and this has caused a greater reliance on us. While many customers would suspect that we have seen an increase in the number of site failures, we haven’t seen one yet, but what we have seen is our customers relying on us for day to day file-level restores due to the changes of their daily work habits. At Global Data Vault, we want to give you the peace of mind that we are ready to provide service should there be an issue. We are here for you ready to go, so please don’t hesitate to call us for any issue big or small. Remember, it’s always our problem and we value you as a partner.

Be safe out there, my friends.
